Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 c. butter
1 c. maple syrup
3 c. uncooked oats
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch Salt

Directions
Beat together butter, sugar, syrup and egg, until smooth. Add oats, flour, soda and cinnamon, and mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees on upper oven rack. makes about 4 dozen cookies.
